1. Qonda inkolelo-mbono eyisisekelo yomzimba kanye nokuhlelwa kokuhlola kohlelo lwe-PNMR. Funda ukuchaza izenzakalo zomzimba ezihlobene ku-PNMR usebenzisa imodeli yevektha yakudala.
2. Funda ukusebenzisa izimpawu ze-spin echo (SE) kanye ne-free induction decay (FID) ukukala i-T2(isikhathi sokuphumula se-spin-spin). Hlaziya ithonya lokulingana kwensimu yamagnetic kusignali ye-NMR.
3. Funda ukukala u-T1(isikhathi sokuphumula se-spin-lattice) kusetshenziswa ukululama okuphambene.
4. Qonda ngendlela efanele indlela yokuphumula, qaphela umphumela wama-ion e-paramagnetic esikhathini sokuphumula senuzi.
5. Isilinganiso T2yesisombululo se-copper sulfate ngamanani ahlukene. Thola ubudlelwano be-T2ngokushintsha kokugxilisa ingqondo.
